ServSafe® Alcohol Training Program

ServSafe® Alcohol Advanced Certification

Proper alcohol service is a responsibility we all share. The consequences of service violations can be serious, so it's vital that your entire staff gets involved to help prevent improper service. The new Fundamentals of Responsible Alcohol Service course assists in giving your staff the training they need to help assure every drink served is a safe one. 

The ServSafe Alcohol Advanced certification is recommended for all front-of-the-house staff, including bartenders, waiters, hosts, busers, security and valets. This nationally recognized certification is valid for three years.


ServSafe® Alcohol Train-The-Trainer Certification

The ServSafe® Alcohol Train-the-Trainer course is a five hour course designed to assist new and existing ServSafe Alcohol instructors with effective facilitation of the ServSafe® Alcohol Primary and Advanced Certification courses. This course provides instructors with the best practices, tools, and techniques essential to teaching courses responsible alcohol service. In order to apply you must have a current ServSafe® Alcohol Advanced certification (within the last three years) with a score of 90% or better on the examination portion.

What material do I receive with the course?
Each course participant will receive The Fundamentals of Responsible Alcohol Service textbook which will provide practical, yet comprehensive, knowledge that assists all front-of-the-house staff in learning what they need to know to serve alcohol responsibly.

How do I register?
Registration is easy, just follow these simple steps:
  • Select your desired course date from our website. View the left sidebar or go to ServSafe® Class Schedule page.
  • Complete the online registration form. 
  • Submit completed registration form with payment either via mail with check or online. Fax registration forms to (866) 214-4722. 
  • Confirmation with course book will be shipped via UPS three to five days prior to the selected course date.
