This seminar on 2013 Employment Verification, I-9s, E-Verify, and Immigration Reform will feature a discussion led by Charles H. Kuck, a nationally recognized expert on immigration law and policy and one of Georgia’s leading voices on immigration reform. The seminar allows time for questions and real answers to the questions raised by a rapidly changing workforce facing the pressures of Georgia’s upcoming HB-87 E-Verify requirement. Receive information on tips on I-9 preparation, how to comply with E-Verify under HB-87, and discuss the issues raised for restaurant owners and operators by “immigration reform.” Mr. Kuck has represented restaurants in immigration and immigration compliance issues for more than 24 years, and speaks from experience having been raised by parents in the restaurant and diner industry.
