The seminar will help you:
-Clearly define your positions on issues affecting you and your restaurant
-Face media interviews with increased confidence and control
-Develop better working relationships with members of the media.

The session will include an hour-long communications workshop including strategies and tools to help you effectively communicate with the media. You will receive expert counsel on how to:

-Respond to difficult media questions
-Utilize media to publicize a new restaurant, menu item, manufacturing product or service
-Communicate with critics
-Recruit advocates.
