Contributions to NRA-PAC are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions are used for political purposes and are voluntary. You may decline to contribute without reprisal.  Proposed contribution amounts are merely suggestions, and you may contribute more or less or not at all. The National Restaurant Association will not favor or disadvantage anyone by reason of the amount contributed or the decision not to contribute. Federal law requires political committees to report the name, address, occupation, and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in a calendar year.

 

Personal, partnership and sole proprietorship contributions to the NRA-PAC are permitted. However, corporate contributions are prohibited by federal law. If the partnerships or LLC has a corporate partner/member, no portion of the contribution can be apportioned to that partner/member.
