What is the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification Examination Course?
This 8 hour course (plus examination) is designed to provide foodservice managers and employees with a detailed understanding and comprehension of food safety.

Who should take the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification Examination Course?
The course is recommended for all foodservice managers, owners, operators, F&B directors, chefs, line cooks, kitchen managers, dietary managers, dieticians and others who need food safety training and certification.

How long does the certification last?
This nationally recognized certification is valid for five years.

Why do I need this course?
Food safety certification is now Georgia LAW. This course meets the new Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM) state requirements and is designed to provide participants with viable information on potentially hazardous foods and safe food handling practices, the HAACP system of food safety; establishing, purchasing, and receiving standards and procedures; designing facilities and selecting appropriate equipment and guidelines for working with regulatory agencies. Participants are trained, tested and certified with the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification Examination.

What material do I receive with the course?
Each course participant will receive the ServSafe Manager Book, 6th Edition with exam answer sheet.

The content is presented in a simplified and user-friendly way with fresh learning activities and segment-specific, real-world case scenarios.

How do I register?

Fax or Mail: With completed registration form

  • Select your desired course date from our website.
  • Complete the attached registration form (one per attendee). PLEASE BE SURE TO NOTE YOUR SELECTED COURSE DATE.
  • Submit completed registration form with payment either via mail with check or via fax with credit card. Fax registration forms to (404) 467-2206.
  • Confirmation with course book will be shipped via UPS 24 to 48 hours after payment and registration are received.
