 Each participant will receive the ServSafe® Manager Book 6th Ed. – with Exam Answer Sheet book. Books and confirmation will be shipped via UPS 24-48 hours after receipt of registration and payment. If for some reason you do not receive your book please contact Tashana Thomas, before attending your selected class date.

PLEASE NOTE: Courses with less than 10 students are subject to cancellation. Dates/Locations are subject to change. You will be notified if there is a change with your selected course date. Registration form must be completed in entirety in order to be processed. This includes payment information.

 Students MUST  arrive at course with the ServSafe® Manager Book 6th Ed. with Exam Answer Sheet along with a photo ID in order to attend the course. An answer sheet will be provide for Exam Only students upon arrival at the test site.
