Each participant will receive the 5th Ed., ServSafe® Essentials – with Exam Answer Sheet book. Books and confirmation will be shipped via UPS 24-48 hours after receipt of registration and payment. If for some reason you do not receive your book please contact Tashana Thomas.

PLEASE NOTE: Courses with less than 10 students are subject to cancellation. Dates/Locations are subject to change. You will be notified if there is a change with your selected course date. Registration form must be completed in entirety in order to be processed. This includes payment information.

Students MUST arrive at your course with the 5th Ed., ServSafe® Essentials – with Exam Answer Sheet along with a photo ID in order to attend the course. An answer sheet will be provide for Exam Only students upon arrival at the test site.
