“Beef Up My Plate” Summer Workshop

This workshop is an extensive two day program that will cover all aspects of the beef industry, from pasture to plate.  The workshop will include a butchery demonstration by Kari Underly, author of “The Art of Beef Cutting” and tours of a local beef cattle farm and the UGA meat facility.  We also will be discussing the latest beef trends in the foodservice industry, as well as beef nutrition, cooking and plating. 

*There is no fee for attending this conference, and breakfast and lunch are included each day.*
