Workshops and Education Programs

What kind of Workshops and Education programs does the GRA offer?
The GRA hosts and sponsors ongoing workshops and education programs specifically designed for restaurants. Our programs and tools include marketing, training, communication, employee management, legal process and many more. Check the website periodically to see what new programs are being offered.

Who can attend these Workshops?
The GRA feels that education and training are important in any company. Therefore all Members and their employees, along with Non-Members are welcomed to attend.

How much does it cost to attend a Workshop?
For the most part Members can attend at no cost and Non-Members cost is $25. However, occasionally some Workshop will require a small cost to cover materials. Check the website to see what Workshops require a cost.

How do I register for a Workshop?
It is easy, you can either register online through the Education section of the website, email HERE or call the GRA at (404) 467-9000. Space is limited so do not delay!

Monthly Membership Meeting

Does the Georgia Restaurant Association host any meeting?
Yes. On the third Tuesday of each month the GRA holds a Monthly Membership Meeting. These meetings are packed with up to date information on the growth of the GRA, new Member programs, updates on Government Relations and much more. The location of the meeting is always different, check the website for details.

Is the Monthly Membership Meeting for Members only?
No. The GRA encourages Non-Members to attend. The Monthly Membership Meeting is the best way for a Non-Member to see exactly what the GRA is all about and gives them an opportunity to mingle with Members.

What if I cannot attend a meeting?
The GRA knows the demands of running a business, but we do not want anyone to miss out on the information shared at the meeting. In the Meeting section of the website the GRA posts a brief overview shortly following the meeting. If you have any questions or simply want more information call the GRA at (404) 467-9000.
