Payment Along With Completed Registration Form Must Be Received 3 Business Days Prior To Course Date!

Registration forms and payments received 72 business hours prior to selected class will automatically be charged a $15 late registration fee, no exceptions.

There is a rescheduling fee charged to attendees who do not attend their requested seminar date and location. $30 for SERVSAFE® FOOD SAFETY TRAININGS | $15 for SERVSAFE® ALCOHOL TRAININGS
