Keith Schroeder, Atlanta chef and founder of High Road Craft Ice Cream, is a James Beard Award winner.
Schroeder, who wrote “Cooking Light Mad Delicious: The Science of Making Healthy Food Taste Amazing,”received the award Friday night.
