Did you know that we provide a free food code briefing to food service establishment operators in DeKalb County? The focus is on inspections and questions about the code. This briefing allows the DeKalb County health educator to suggest how to prevent or avoid future violations. Minimizing the risk factors ultimately should result in lowering the risks of food borne illness outbreaks.
