Event Cancellation Policy

eVENT CANCELLATION POLICY

The deadline to receive a refund for your registration/ticket purchase is fifteen (15) days prior to the event date. Refunds are subject to a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations received any time after the fifteen (15) day mark will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be eligible for guests who choose not to attend the event. All event cancellations must be received in written format, via email to Sarah Thorson.
