ServSafe® is a food, alcohol, and safety training program administered by the National Restaurant Association. ServSafe® is recognized and accepted by more federal, state and local health jurisdictions than any other food safety training program. In Georgia, food safety certification is not only important - it is the law! The GRA is your one-stop-shop for all ServSafe® programs.

The GRA has worked with the National Restaurant Association, representatives of the Food and Drug Administration, academia, the Conference for Food Protection, Ecolab, the Georgia Department of Public Health, the Office of the Governor and industry representatives to develop a set of opening and operating guidelines specific to Georgia to help restaurants return to full operation safely when you choose to reopen your doors.
