Breaking News: DIRECTV Will Continue to Offer NFL Sunday Ticket

We're excited to share some great news for Georgia's restaurant and hospitality industry.
DIRECTV and EverPass have reached a multiyear agreement that allows DIRECTV for Business to continue offering NFL Sunday Ticket to restaurants, bars, and other commercial establishments.
For many operators, this means business as usual heading into football season. Restaurants and bars can continue using the reliable DIRECTV platform they know, without the uncertainty, added costs, or operational challenges that would have come with transitioning to a new streaming-only solution. DIRECTV for Business will also continue to offer other premium sports programming, including NFL RedZone, ESPN+, MLB Extra Innings, NBA League Pass, MLS Season Pass, and more.
This outcome is an important win for our industry!
When concerns first arose about the future of NFL Sunday Ticket for commercial establishments, the Georgia Restaurant Association joined the National Restaurant Association and our state association partners in advocating for a solution that protected restaurants and bars. Together, we engaged lawmakers, elevated operators' concerns, and worked to ensure the unique needs of hospitality businesses were heard.
We're grateful to the National Restaurant Association for leading this effort and to the operators across the country who shared their voices.
We'll continue to monitor additional details as they're released and will keep our members informed of any updates.
