How do I prepare for a health inspection?

Please be aware that health inspectors can show up unannounced and even catch you during your busiest times.

You can prepare your restaurant for a health inspection by completing your own health inspections once a week to be sure that the proper steps are being taken to ensure a successful health inspection score.

Click here for the steps you can take to prepare your restaurant for a health inspection.

When preparing for a health inspection be sure to focus on these 3 categories:

  1. Cooking and holding of food for the proper amount of time and at the proper temperatures.
